1. Referral Offer.

For every new customer you refer that purchases a subscription of QuickBooks Online starting May 22, 2018, you will receive a $150 CAD VISA gift card for every legitimate subscription you refer. It may take up to 30 days to process your reward. The reward will be sent via email. Please note that there is a qualifying purchase period that may take up to 7 days – and you will be getting the reward email after we have deemed the purchase as qualified. Intuit reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion the eligibility of new customers (referees) and existing customers (referrers) for this offer. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals in circumstances where we reasonably believe they were not sent to us in good faith. Each person referred will receive 50% off the monthly price for QuickBooks Online Simple Start for the first 6 months of service, 50% off the monthly price for QuickBooks Online Essentials for the first 6 months of service, 50% off the monthly price for QuickBooks Online Plus for the first 6 months of service, starting from date of enrollment, followed by the then current monthly price. Reviewing of qualifying purchases can take up to 7 days. If the Referral invitation does not clearly state this, it is a violation of these Program terms and conditions and it may result in your immediate termination from the Program, disqualification from future participation, and forfeiture of any reward owed to you as a result of your participation in the Program. QuickBooks Online and its Program service providers reserve the right to modify these terms, or to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason temporarily or permanently with or without notice. QuickBooks Online and its Program service providers reserve the right to delay, cancel, revoke, or prevent issuance of any rewards in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of Intuit's services or this Program.
